Batch renaming by using wildcards in the old style of MSDOS.

Wildcard Renamer 1.0 is a simple and light program that doesn't even need installing. Its batch renaming is by using the old MSDOS, in other words using asterisks and question marks (many nostalgics still think that his renaming method via MSDOS is much more efficient than via Windows, and maybe they're correct).

Thus by using the standard wildcards of the old MSDOS you can personalize the renaming including the chance to add sequence numbers for each one of the renamings you do.

Of course, before running the batch renaming you can preview it (via a drag and drop function) to confirm the final result is what you want. But if you are wrong and make a mistake, you can use the "undo" function to restore it to as it was before.
